- Class time: 1:30–2:30 PM
- Entry closes at 1:30 PM sharp — if you arrive late, please sign up for the next class
- Studio entry: Email MU Heels at muheelsclass@gmail.com when you arrive so we can open the door for you

- Water bottle (required) – stay hydrated and energized
- Kneepads (recommended) – for comfort during floorwork
- Fitted clothing – shorts, bodysuits, or tight pieces that support movement and body awareness
- Heels you’ve practiced in — or secure sneakers/boots (no brand-new shoes)

Created by dancer and teacher MU Wang, MU Heels blends choreography with healing — helping students build confidence, flexibility, and body awareness, especially for those who spend long hours working or feel disconnected from their physical selves.
