MSHSL MN Head Coaches Course - Wayzata High School

• Those individuals, who wish to serve as a head coach in a Minnesota public high school and do not meet the requirements of MS122A.33, must complete the MNHCC (MN Head Coach Certification) to meet the MN Statute requirements. Coaches will receive education in a blended approach including seven hours of face-to-face instruction and several on-line requirements.
• Upon completion of the course, coaches will complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching online course and the USCAH Health, Safety and Wellness course - the cost of these courses is included in your registration fee and access to them will be distributed after your class. Additionally, all coaches must completed the Continuing Education Requirement modules and Annual Rules Modules on the MSHSL Coaches Dashboard - these are free of charge and can be completed when they become available. Those who successfully complete both the seven-hour Zoom course and the online components (a total of 60 clock hours) will meet the requirements of MN Statute 122A.33 and be eligible to be a head coach in MN.
