The Ms. Black El Paso Pageant 2025, originally created by the visionary Ms. Estine Davis of El Paso, Texas, is making its highly anticipated return on November 8th, 2025, after a seven-year hiatus. The event will take place at the stunning Tuscany Halls Ballroom from 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., and promises an evening of elegance, culture, and celebration. Complete with live performances, a dazzling fashion show, and gourmet hors d'oeuvres, the pageant will radiate an ambiance of Black Excellence and Royalty, honoring the beauty, intelligence, and strength of Black women in the El Paso community.
Hosted by The Queen Has Spoken Entertainment Agency, led by proud Army veteran and dedicated community advocate Sir Joseph Snell, the 2025 pageant will not only crown a new queen but also pay tribute to its rich legacy. As a member of The Rock Faith Church, The El Paso Black Arts Association, and a committed champion of Black excellence, Sir Joseph brings both passion and purpose to the event’s revival. Guests will also enjoy a special segment spotlighting former Ms. Black El Paso winners and celebrating their journeys since the last pageant in 2018. This event is more than a competition—it is a homecoming, a celebration, and a powerful reminder of the brilliance within the Black community of El Paso. This year's theme is "Coming to America" if you have not seen the movie we highly suggest you take the time to watch! The attire for the event will be formal or Traditional/Cultural African Dress Attire. No tennis shoes, No Jeans.
