Welcome to Mrs. Wellington’s UTCM40 Festival! Get ready for a Princely extravaganza at the United Theatre! located in the beautiful beach town of Westerly, Rhode Island! (It's where Taylor Swift lives 😉)

15% off concessions excluding alcoholic beverages!
Cost of admission includes gifts to commemorate the event, plus a raffle ticket for a Prince-related item from Mrs. Wellington's Warehouse!
PURPLE RAIN will be screened at 12pm, followed by a 25 minute intermission, with UNDER THE CHERRY MOON starting at 2:15pm.
From 11:30am-12pm, as well as from 4pm-4:30pm will be our Social Time to mingle and take photos.
The drawing for the raffle will take place between 4-4:30pm as well. 💜 There will be ONE Grand Prize winner and SIX Runner-Up winners. 💜Once everyone is back home I will mail the item to the winner the following week.
To say that I am excited for this is not even the beginning of an accurate description: It is going to be so wonderful to meet you find folks in person after all of these years, and also pay our respects to the man who brought us all together in the first place! 💜

What’s the Parking situation?

The United Theatre’s main entrance is located at 5 Canal Street. Off-street parking is available on Canal St. and High St. as well as in our rear parking lot (84 High St.) and the Canal St. lot past the train bridge (14-18 Canal St.)

Will there be Adult Beverages?

Absolutely! Keep in mind that alcoholic beverages are not included in the 15% concession stand discount.

How far of a drive is the theater from the Providence Airport?

38 miles/approximately 40 minutes travel time

Is the theater ADA accessible?

Yes! Accessibility at the UNITED Theatre: All UNITED cinemas are wheelchair accessible. Our Balcony Cinema features a lift—just ask staff for help.

What is the item for the raffle going to be?

That will be announced closer to the date of the event ?. I will, however, tell you this: I have three items put aside already for me to choose from, and I’m sure there will be more tempting items between now and the day of the event.

Will there be items/props available for selfies and photo ops?

Absolutely! Some items have already been donated by Mrs. Wellington‘s Warehouse members, and I have a couple more surprise items stashed away for you to take photos with.
