Are you navigating perimenopause or menopause and looking for reliable information and a sense of community? Join us for an engaging afternoon designed BY us, FOR us - anyone experiencing this life transition, as well as those who will enter this part of their reproductive journey in the future. Please be sure to register so we know you're coming!

What This Event Will Feature:

· Meet healthcare providers from multiple specialties in a relaxed, no-pressure environment

· Interactive booth visits - learn more about each provider's knowledge/perspective

· Discussion covering pre-submitted questions, provider insights, practical strategies, and Q&A

· Connect with others navigating this path through this community-based event

· Take home resources and discover what works for others in your community

📚 Special Opportunity: Free Peri~Menopause Educational Cohort - Join Dr. Hawes for a 4-week educational cohort experience! This small group (5 participants maximum) will meet weekly for 45-minutes. Sign up at the event via QR code (first come, first served).

Peri~Menopause Definition: Dr. Hawes uses "Peri~Menopause" as her inclusive term for all pathways to and through menopause.

📖 Community Resource Sharing: Bring your favorites to share! We'll have a community station where you can share your go-to apps, books, etc. Everyone can photograph the collection, and Dr. Hawes will create a master resource list posted to her website - so you'll gain wisdom not just from our providers, but from each other too!

You'll Leave With:

· Actionable strategies you can implement immediately

· Better understanding of your options (because it's NOT one-size-fits-all OR set it and forget it!)

· Connection to local healthcare providers and resources

· New community connections

Community Connection Beyond the Event: Interested in ongoing community connection? 📧 You can add your name to Dr. Hawes' community list to receive periodic updates about future events and resources. Bring your contact information or use supplies provided at the event.

Important: This is an educational event only - no medical advice will be given. Think of it as your trusted friend who happens to know a lot of experts sharing what they've learned. 💡

Perfect for: Those navigating perimenopause/menopause/all pathways to and through menopause, partners wanting to understand and support, anyone seeking evidence-based information in a supportive community setting.

Hosted at: 📍 Mukilteo Library - comfortable meeting room with easy parking and accessibility.

Limited capacity ensures a more meaningful experience. Secure your spot today!

We'll have water and a warm welcome, but to keep this event free and accessible, we won't be offering lunch. You're welcome to bring your own food and drink if you'd like! Resources for everyone, raffle prizes for lucky winners. 🎁

Please Note: This is a collaborative interdisciplinary effort seeking to demonstrate a positive path forward through community-based outreach. We're not fancy, but we are REAL and WE are here for YOU!

We're hoping this becomes an annual event and maybe more!
