Learn to make fresh mozzarella from scratch in this hands-on workshop—no experience required! You’ll stretch, shape, and season your own cheese while learning key techniques and simple tips to recreate it at home.
After the class, enjoy a curated tasting of artisanal cheeses paired with bread, olive oil, and seasonal accompaniments.
Guests will also have the option to purchase featured cheeses to take home.
L’Atelier Fromager means The Cheese Workshop in French. It's an urban creamery in Waco, Texas, owned by a French woman, Kirsten. They make French-style cheeses with locally sourced raw milk and sell their cheeses at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market, as well as online.
