MOVING WITH GRIEF -- Presented by Melissa Maskell & Elizabeth Becker

Join Melissa Maskell and Elizabeth Becker for a two-hour grief support session on Thursday, November 6th, at Luminary Education Center, designed to provide both practical skills and heartfelt community connection. In this guided space, participants will learn grounding and coping techniques to navigate the emotional landscape of loss while sharing experiences in a compassionate, confidential group setting. Through reflection, gentle discussion, and supportive practices, we’ll cultivate understanding, resilience, and a sense of belonging—reminding each other that healing grows in connection.
