Not at all. This space is specifically designed for those who feel disconnected from or limited in their movement practice—whether due to pain, illness, injury, fatigue, or trauma. If you have a body and a willingness to show up gently, you belong here.

What do I need to bring or prepare?

Accepted Answer

Just you, your breath, and a bit of space. If you can, bring:

A comfortable place to sit or lie down

A journal or paper + pen for reflection

Water or tea

A blanket or pillow for support and coziness

Will I have to speak or share in front of others?

Accepted Answer

Nope. Sharing is always invited, never required. You are welcome to engage through writing, movement, or quiet presence. You can keep your camera off, stay in silence, or speak up—whatever feels most nourishing for you that day.

Who is this space for?

Accepted Answer

This is for anyone who has felt unseen in traditional movement or wellness spaces—especially those navigating chronic illness, recovery, fatigue, trauma, grief, or body-related marginalization. All bodies, abilities, genders, and lived experiences are welcome.

What if I can't attend the event because of a time conflict?

Accepted Answer

All ticket owners will receive the recording of the event regardless of attendance.
