Moving Still: A Journey Through Breath, Body & Sound

For three hours, let everything else fall away.

In this space, we gather to remember what it feels like to be fully alive in our bodies. Through breath, movement, meditation, and sound, we create permission to be exactly as we are—while discovering parts of ourselves we didn't know existed.

Guided by Derrick Yanford and Luciana Witowski, this immersive experience weaves together ancient practices and playful exploration. We move through stillness. We find stillness in movement. We witness ourselves and each other with curiosity and compassion.

Come. Be present. Be changed.

All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.


What to Expect:

Guided Breathwork - Drop into your body and presence
Vinyassa Flow Yoga - Gentle movement that honors where you are
Sound Healing - Solfeggio frequencies to support deep relaxation
Meditation - Space to simply be, without needing to do
Ecstatic Movement - Free, playful, expressive dance
Integration Time - Tea, chocolate, and reflection
Opening & Closing Circles - Witness yourself and others with compassion

Enter the transformed space and settle in. We'll gather in circle, set the container for our time together, and guide you through centering breathwork. Each participant will check in—naming where they're from, what they're feeling, and where in the body they sense it. No story, just presence.
