In an era of viral headlines and misinformation, the misunderstanding of public health & health equity practices, such as public health ethics, is spreading faster than ever. Dive deep into public health, health equity, and the public health ethical rights of each member of our community. Using a non-partisan foundation, experts and advocates will break down the facts, expose harmful narratives, and equip attendees with tools to counter false information in their communities. Whether it’s vaccines, mental health, or reproductive rights—truth matters.

Panelists:

  • Dr. Lorence Edwards, Professor, MSU School of Community Health and Policy
  • Dr. Kim Sydnor, Dean, MSU School of Community Health and Health Policy
  • April Ryan, MSNBC Political Analyst, White House Correspondent, and DC Bureau Chief for Black Press
