All our classes are run by qualified Physiotherapists who work in the rehab and aged care sector

What level of fitness is ideal for the classes?

We will modify all the exercises to your fitness level. Our Physiotherapists are trained in being able to provide the safest and best exercise for you. All levels of fitness and mobility are welcome to attend.
