Set in the inspiring, art-filled landscape of Hogan Park at Highlands Creek, near the striking Umi sculpture, these workshops offer a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all ages and abilities.

Start your Sunday with intention through a heart-centered yoga practice that grounds your spirit and energizes your body.

Experience the flowing art of Tai Chi – a graceful way to reduce stress, improve balance, and cultivate inner peace.

Dance your way into the weekend with high-energy Zumba! This fun, Latin-inspired workout is all about moving, smiling, and sweating together.

Directions

Hogan Park at Highlands Creek is located in The Aurora Highlands on The Aurora Highlands Pkwy in between Denali Blvd and N. Highlands Creek Pkwy / E. 38th Pkwy. Please note that The Aurora Highlands Pkwy is a one-way street. Workshops will take place adjacent to the UMI sculpture.

Parking

Parking is located on the northwest corner of The Aurora Highlands Pkwy and E. 38th Pkwy in a gravel lot. There is a walkway that goes through a tunnel that will take you directly to where the event is being held after you park your car.

No, these classes will be open and accessible to people of all levels and abilities. We will provide guidance and support to fit these needs of the group, offering accessible options for movement. We want to connect as a community and welcome everyone.

What to bring?

A water bottle, yoga mat (we will have extra in case you don’t have one), comfortable clothing for movement, your unique presence and energy!
