Movement is the best medicine, it provides the remedy for achy bodies and busy minds. Enjoy a slow Saturday morning with some gentle movement and guided meditation.
Take what you learned from class and carry it with you as you transition into the weekend feeling more connected to your mind and body.
EveryBODY is Welcome and all skill levels are encouraged to come and practice. Mats and props are provided if you don’t have your own
