Embark on a journey of self-discovery with us! This unique class will incorporate community building and meditation, gentle yoga and breath work and a sound bath. This is a collaboration between Akoma Church, Black to Yoga & SoulFlow Oakland. All are welcome!


What to Bring:

-Your yoga mat (we have some to borrow)

-A journal for reflections (optional)

-A cozy blanket or pillow for savasana (optional we have some to borrow)

-An open heart and mind ❤️


Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle into the space before we begin our practice.


What to Expect with Microdosing: Microdosing can enhance your awareness, creativity, and connection to self. In this supportive space, we’ll explore how gentle movement and mindful breathing can deepen your experience, fostering relaxation and clarity
