Join us Sunday, November 23 for an uplifting Bar Method™ barre class with Girl Flock Party — designed for all levels and all kinds of energy. Move your body, fill your cup, and connect with an amazing community of women. GFP is a safe space where women can meet, try new things together, make friends, discover brands and businesses, get support, and so much more. Come solo or with a friend — no membership required.

Schedule
• 10:15 AM – Chat, stretch & settle in
• 10:45 AM – 45-min express barre class begins
• 11:30 AM – Coffee, light breakfast refreshments, community convo, & raffle

• Inclusive 45-min express barre class

• Networking & connection time
• Raffle for a free month of barre classes (8 sessions for one person)!

$25 per person — limited spots available!

Wear your favorite workout clothes + grip socks (available for purchase at the studio), and bring water.
