Anyone who sits or stands for long periods — including office workers, remote professionals, service industry staff, caregivers, and anyone who wants to improve how they move and feel during the day.

When and where is the workshop held?

Every Friday from 12:00–1:00 PM at MoveWell VT in Williston, running now through August 29th, 2025.

Is the workshop really free?

Yes! It’s completely free and open to the public. You don’t need to be a patient to attend.

Will there be hands-on practice?

Yes! This is an interactive session. We’ll walk you through real-life posture and setup scenarios, and you’ll leave with actionable tips you can use immediately.

What should I bring?

Just yourself! If you want to take notes, feel free to bring a notebook or your phone/tablet. No special clothing or equipment is needed.

Can I attend more than once?

Absolutely! Each session offers new insights and personalized tips — and repetition helps reinforce the habits that keep you pain-free.
