What is a "movement lab"?

This is an exploration space to experiment with creative ways in which to move your body. The host, Jillian, will suggest themes and improv games that we explore as a group. Think of this as a laboratory to try all sorts of stuff. This is not a follow along class, there is no right or wrong way.

Is this a dance class?

No. Though many of these concepts are also explored within the medium of dance. Music will be included during some of the class, but there are no choreographed "moves". Attendees make up things on the spot.

Will these always be on Fridays at this time?
