We’ll introduce Support Birth Doula Collective and the work we do to make birth support more accessible and community rooted. You'll get a feel for how our classes are designed with care, connection, and real tools to help you feel confident.
Expect movement, simple pain relief techniques, and a space to ask questions and learn in community. Make sure to wear clothes your feel comfortable moving in, a yoga mat, yoga ball if you have one.
