Class Description:

Movement for MS is a dance class for people with multiple sclerosis and others experiencing mobility issues, their caregivers and loved ones. The class empowers participants to explore their movement potential in fun and creative ways while building community, collaboration and physical confidence. Together we’ll move through stretching, breath work, explorations of rhythm and seated and standing dance. Dance at your own pace with a fantastic group of fun and caring participants. Deborah has been teaching the class since 2018.

Each class will have a theme (such as summer activities, favorite books, travel) that drives our music and movement. We have fun together, creating a group choreography as our final exercise at the end of each class. Everyone is encouraged to dance safely and comfortably, making any accommodations and choices that work for you.

A requirement for the class is being on camera for the entire class.
