Movement for Mental Health: yogic healing and a sacred support circle
Overview
As a society we have created an environment that doesn't align with our Soul's purpose. We tend to be completely disconnected from ourselves and nature, leading to imbalances in our minds and bodies. Now more than ever we have stressed and stretched ourselves too thin, leading to mental health imbalances. Enjoy a yogic movement practice that helps to soothe a frazzled mind and bring balance to your overall wellbeing. After we move our bodies we will join in a sacred circle, creating a safe space for all to feel truly seen. In this circle we will share current challenges with our mental health. This may include heavy conversations meant to make you feel lighter and freer from such struggles as depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, co-dependency and relationship issues, financial fears, and more. We will also go over different coping skills to help you get through your day and allow you to feel more at peace.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
