About this event
Moved By Love: Dance, Connect, Create
A day of embodied exploration — through movement, connection, and creativity.
✨ Join one, two, or all three sessions. Each session opens a different way to reconnect with yourself, meet others authentically, and awaken your creative energy.
INCLUDES THREE SESSIONS:
10:30–12:30 🌿 Burn: Conscious Release through Movement
A somatic movement journey to reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner vitality.
We begin with grounding and a short opening circle, and then connect in small groups — sensing what’s alive in us right now: what feels heavy, tender, or ready to move. Then, we enter a movement journey with almost no facilitation — one hour of free exploration. You may move gently or powerfully, lie down, tremble, breathe, or dance wildly — everything is welcome. This is not about beautiful movements; it’s about meeting your deepest emotions and inner processes through your body. We close by returning to the same small group to witness and share what unfolded — or rest together in silence.
13:00–15:00 💞 The Connection Lab
How does emotional closeness really form between humans? In this session, we’ll experience it firsthand.
We’ll recreate the famous scientific study “The Experimental Generation of Interpersonal Closeness” by psychologist Arthur Aron and his team — the one that showed how a series of 36 questions can generate real feelings of intimacy between people who’ve just met. You’ll move through this process in pairs, gradually deepening through three stages of questions designed to open curiosity, trust, and vulnerability. Afterward, we’ll share reflections about how it felt and what we noticed in ourselves, along with short theoretical insights about how scientists studied and measured connection and intimacy.
16:00–19:00 🎨 The Creative Lab
The day slows down — an invitation to unwind, reflect, and let creativity flow. This session is relaxed, meditative, and spacious — perfect if you want to end the day in calm presence and gentle creation.
You’ll enter an open, inspiring studio space where you can draw, paint, write, move, or create something personal that’s been waiting for expression. Every hour, there will be a short creative prompt — a light meditation, visualization, or breath-based exercise to help you reconnect with focus and inspiration. Ekaterina will be available throughout the session to offer feedback, listen, or help clarify ideas if you wish. You can share your work or reflections at the end, or simply enjoy being part of a creative community.
Some basic art materials will be provided (paper, pastels, markers). Please bring your own if you have favorite tools — paints, notebooks, journals, etc.
Let’s move, connect, and create together in a community of warm, inspiring humans!
