Hello friends!

Welcome to "Move with Ting Lin Zumba!"

These classes are virtual but I promise my energy will seep through the computer screen! This is an awesome way to start your weekend and stay fit while having fun. Hopefully I will get to shake it with you all soon in person!

Please note that my classes are in the US Eastern Time Zone . You can convert it to your time zone here. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class. If you have any issues connecting to the class, please email me before the class starts. Also I figured you must have some questions, so read on below as well.

WHAT IS ZUMBA?

Zumba is a dance fitness program built on Latin and international rhythms. Instructors use mainly non-verbal cueing to lead participants through each song.

I HAVE NO RHYTHM/AM A TERRIBLE DANCER. CAN I DO ZUMBA?

Yes you can! Zumba is not about learning dance choreography, it is about moving to the music and simply having fun. If your moves don't look like mine or other people, that is completely ok.

I'M RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY/HAVE A PHYSICAL LIMITATION. CAN I DO ZUMBA?

I would say yes, but that is for you to determine. Zumba movements are not hard, but we do move at a fast pace. I would say if you don't feel like you can keep up, just move at your own pace and modify movements as needed. This is a Non-Judgement zone!

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

Please feel free to take as many breaks during the class as you need, to catch your breath, drink water, or to process what is going on: )

When I say freestyle, have fun with it and show me your best moves!
