As the holiday season ramps up, join us for 45 minutes of grounding, breath-focused movement designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. This gentle Slow Flow Community Class blends mindful stretching, intentional breathwork, and slow, steady sequences to release tension and bring you back to center.
