Let's move! Starting with 45 minutes of mobility movement, ending the last 15 minutes with breath work, specificall intended to put our body into a healing, parasympathetic state. This decreases stress, improves mental well-being and optimizes recovery and sleep.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and eye mask if you have one.
