Redefine Fitness Live with Kelsey Wells (Strength & Mindfulness Workout)

This World Mental Health Day, join Kelsey Wells and Project Healthy Minds in New York City for a Live Redefine Fitness session— where movement meets mindfulness. With over a decade of experience, and as a top trainer in the fitness industry, Kelsey Wells is known for her transformative Redefine Fitness philosophy—centered on prioritizing mental wellbeing, celebrating your body, and using movement as a powerful tool for both physical and mental health. As the creator of 15 dynamic training programs and with a global community of over 5-million, Kelsey offers a refreshing alternative to harmful fitness trends and toxic diet culture.

This one of a kind experience is a body weight strength training session infused with Kelsey’s I AM mindful training method, reminding us to care for our mental health as well as our physical. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet Kelsey and ask questions during a short Q&A designed to deepen the conversation around mental wellbeing and movement. All fitness levels welcome!

The Move Pillar is presented by lululemon and supported by Equinox.
