There will be a special code given to you once you've bought your ticket to pick it out on FRNactive.com

Do I have to bring a mat to workout on?

No - we will have mats provided at the event.

It is a full-body workout that focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture and alignment.
