Join us for a 1.5-hour soulful Pilates experience set to old-school R&B + funk classics — movement that feels good, feels nostalgic, and feels like the SGV.

Whether you’re reconnecting with your body, starting a new chapter in your wellness journey, or simply craving community to move with, this space is for you!

All levels welcome. All bodies welcome. All stories welcome.

✨ Class led by Pilates Instructor, Ivy — born & raised in the SGV, Ivy will be guiding you through a soulful, feel-good, yet challenging Pilates flow.

✨ Hosted at House of Soulstice — a beautiful SGV small business holding space for healing & community. We’ll be on their gorgeous rooftop overlooking the San Gabriel Mountains — the perfect place to move, breathe, and groove together.
✨ Sounds by Karinita — also born & raised in the SGV, curating the feel-good R&B + funk vibes all morning long.
✨ All equipment provided — no need to bring your own mat!
✨ Each participant will receive a small gift bag with wellness goodies to take home as a thank-you for being part of this first pop-up.
✨ Parking: Plenty of street parking + a free parking lot nearby.
✨ Metro-friendly: Just steps away from the Azusa Downtown Metro Station.
✨ Accessibility: Rooftop access via stairs only (no elevator).
