How many people are expected to attend

We are in a very busy area and we expect between 200 to 1000 people as we are advertising on social media, radio and in the local area. Please dress warm and layer.

Question 3

Parking will be free

Available on the lower side of the church on the side street and church parking lot. Please do not park on the main road Lavista Rd.

Question 4

Is this a free event

Accepted Answer

Yes there is no entrance fee to attend the event but due to the amount of people expected to attend please do not stay longer than an hour due to the volume of people and to allow others to receive candy as well. Please note food and refreshments from vendors are not free.

Question 5

Please do not walk in the cemetery

Accepted Answer

Please respect the cemetery while we know this is a Christian Community Event held on Church grounds and dressing up in costume is allowed walking in the cemetery is not allowed. Thank you

Only Vendor Parking

Located at the top half of the parking lot your space will be numbered with white chalk please know your vendor number and business name you reserved with  thank you
