About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Our Mothers & Babies support group is designed for expectant individuals, adoptive mothers, and postpartum moms—offering meaningful support throughout the postpartum journey.

The group focuses on three key areas:

  • Increasing engagement in enjoyable and fulfilling activities
  • Fostering healthier thought patterns
  • Strengthening social support systems

Duration:This is a 6-week class held on Thursdays from 9:30–11:00 AM, running from September 4th to October 9th. Each session builds on the previous one, so we encourage participants to attend consistently for the full experience.

Childcare: While childcare is not provided, the group is family-friendly and our space includes fun and engaging elements for little ones.
