Do I need to bring anything

Possibly a notebook . This is a reoccurring monthly class . Each one will be different and call for different things to possibly bring.

We recommend that you take out this time for you if possible , We will be diving into alot of self care activities , but children is always welcomed . If you child does attend, we ask that you bring them an activity or toy to enjoy while you indulge in self care activities .

We are two doulas and mothers who have come together in partnership with wellcare and mind body baby to create a space for mamas to learn, thrive, and evolve. Together, we explore self-identity, self-care, and the selfless challenges that come with motherhood. This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the woman within, beyond the roles you carry.
