Sut allwn ni weithredu nawr i gael dyfodol iachach pan fo'r problemau mor anodd?

Mae'r gweithdy hwn wedi'i gynllunio i wthio'r bobl sy’n bresennol y tu hwnt i'w ffyrdd arferol o ddatrys problemau, ac archwilio materion fel y cynnydd mewn defnyddio banciau bwyd neu lygredd aer parhaus mewn cymunedau difreintiedig. Drwy weithgareddau dan arweiniad a defnyddio offer fel esiampl y mynydd iâ, bydd cyfranogwyr yn cael cipolwg ffres ar achosion sylfaenol yr heriau hyn ac yn nodi meysydd ymarferol o fewn eu rheolaeth i greu newid ystyrlon.

Mae'r gweithdy ymarferol hwn yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer gweithwyr proffesiynol ar draws y sector cyhoeddus, sefydliadau gwirfoddol, y byd academaidd, polisi ac ymarfer sy'n angerddol am fynd i'r afael â 'phroblemau drwg' sy'n effeithio ar lesiant cymunedol. Drwy ymarfer myfyriol a dysgu cydweithredol, nod y sesiwn yw grymuso’r bobl sy’n bresennol gyda ffyrdd newydd o feddwl a strategaethau ymarferol a all helpu i lunio dyfodol iachach - gan ddechrau heddiw.

This workshop is designed to take attendees beyond their usual ways of problem-solving, to identify areas that are in the power of their agencies to change, and to reflect on how they can apply these tools in practice.

Attendees will be faced with a determinant of health challenge that we are facing, which has complex origins – such as the rise in food bank use or continued traffic related poor air quality in disadvantaged neighbourhoods. They will hear multiple perspectives on the problem and be guided to dig deeper into the problem and its causes, using systems thinking tools such as rich pictures and the ice-berg model.

This hands-on workshop is ideal for professionals across the public sector, voluntary organisations, academia, policy, and practice who are passionate about making a difference to these ‘wicked problems’. Participants will explore ways to think about these problems through a lens that considers why they happen, and importantly, what we can do.
