Learn how to protect your spine, move your hips, and center your core with a somatic approach. This experience will help you reimagine the "core" not just as a set of muscles to squeeze or stretch, but as part of an integrated movement system for dynamic support and ease. With the somatic movement approach, this workshop will guide you to confidently engrain your own path to centered core support and breath. Through a mix of anatomy, biomechanics, movement teachings, and embodied practice, you'll learn how to engage with your deep core to release low back stiffness, tight hips, and pelvic floor symptoms. Expect a mix of guided movements, gentle and consensual hands-on cueing, and somatic imagery designed to enhance mental clarity, body mind connection, and core power from the inside out.
