More Meaning at Work – A One-Day Workshop
Overview
Find More Meaning in Your Work
About this workshop
Do you ever catch yourself thinking, “Is this it?”
You’ve got a good job, a solid salary, and a LinkedIn photo your mom loves, but something still feels off.In this one-day workshop, we’ll explore your search for more purpose and joy in your work.
Because we believe: when you experience more meaning, your motivation grows too.
And no, it doesn’t mean you have to quit your job.
Often, the real change starts closer than you think; in how you work, who you work with, or where you put your energy. We’ll help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
What to expect
No theory. No PowerPoint slides. No buzzwords.
Just a small group, a creative and reflective atmosphere and enough lightness to keep things from getting too heavy.
We’ll spend time both outdoors and indoors working with creative exercises and reflection.By the end of the day, you’ll have:
- Fresh insights into a question that’s been on your mind
- A better understanding of what energizes you
- A personal compass and at least one concrete next step that you are really going to take
- And maybe even a new story about your work and life
