Exclusive Event for High School and College Students

If you love big ideas, come and meet five of the world’s top inventors as we celebrate the Moore Inventor Fellows at The Tech Museum of Innovation.

The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation will be choosing 50 inventors who will shape the next 50 years—and they will be announcing the first five at The Tech! Local high school and college students are invited to meet and talk with the innovators about their incredible inventions like invisibility cloak technology, a one-atom thick computer chip and a device that turns saltwater into drinking water using only light.

The first session (3:30-4:30 p.m.) is reserved for high school and college students only. The panel discussion (4:45 p.m.) and reception (6:15 p.m.) are open to everyone.

Space is limited, and registration is required. You must show your ticket to be admitted. Parking validation at CityView Plaza Garage (115 S. Market St.) is included.

The Importance of Invention Panel with thought leaders in invention: 4:45 – 6:15 p.m.
Reception honoring Moore Inventor Fellows: 6:15 – 7:30 p.m. (Food and refreshments will be served.)
