Yes — Moon Circles are sacred spaces for women to reconnect with their feminine essence through movement, breath, sound, and sisterhood.

Do I need previous experience in yoga or breathwork?

Not at all! This circle is open to all levels.

What type of breathwork will we do?

We’ll be practicing Breathe to the Beat, a rhythmic and music-driven style of breathwork designed to activate your energy, open your voice, and bring you into deep flow.
