Any parent can feel free to join the call and listen to other parents’ questions to give ideas, share their own sleep questions in the chat, or ask them live. Conversation will focus primarily on questions about sleep habits, patterns, and adjustments in the first 12 months. Courtney will also answer toddler sleep questions up to age 3 but I don’t anticipate that being the primary focus.
