All vendors are required to bring their own tent, tables, weights, tablecloths, etc.
This event is outside and open to the residents of the community.
Set up begins at 9am and break down starts at 2pm, not before.
You will park your car in the parking lot and then bring your items to your spot, so please bring a cart to load and then unload at your spot.
I do not promise that there will not be vendors with similar products.
There are no refunds unless the event gets cancelled, and if it is, you will be refunded 100% of the vendor fee.
