Please bring a yoga / exercise mat and a cushion / pillow. If you aren't comfortable being on the floor, there will be chairs available. Fresh water to stay hydrated would also be advised.

I'm completely new to Reiki, is this event suitable?

Absolutely! This is a Reiki Share to help with your development and build connections with like minded people.

Will there be refreshments?

There will be water (in case you forget yours) and herbal tea.

Whatever you feel comfortable wearing. You will be lying on a therapy bed or seated in a chair.
