Autumn is time of turning inward after long days of summer. Our bodies begin to crave deeper tending & immune support. In Autumn Herbal Medicine Making, students will create beautiful seasonal tonics & learn about plants to keep us well. In this class, we will learn about herbal energetics, as well as how to make a tincture, an elixir, and an infused oil that we will turn into a salve. Handmade herbal products are wonderful both as gifts & self-care as we move into winter, and each student will leave with one of each item we make. Join us for a few hours of tending and community! Beginners and folks with some medicine-making experience are warmly welcome.

Oct | Colloidal Silver

Nov | Focus Herb: Bitter Melon
