Where might a single strand of yarn from our everyday lives take us? In this exhibition, artist Monsoon opens a portal through yarn and imagination, inviting us to explore pieces woven from time, emotion, and the quiet rhythm of the seasons.

Seasons Threaded into Journeys traces the path of Monsoon’s knitting across the year: an intimate map of spring’s anticipation, summer’s brilliance, autumn’s stillness, and winter’s warmth. Each work reflects the moods and sensations of the changing seasons, expressed through color, texture, and the passage of time made tangible in yarn.

The soft fibers and rich palettes of Nakyangyarn offered Monsoon the perfect companions for this journey. Their diverse textures and tones became tools of emotional translation, allowing her to capture fleeting seasonal impressions and transform them into something you can see, touch, and feel. Every piece in this exhibition is the result of a conversation between material and moment.
