About this event
In this 3-hour workshop, Jenny will teach students about one of the most challenging styles of late night writing: the monologue joke. Jenny will break down the structure of monologue jokes, share joke-writing techniques, and reveal what makes a good joke (and what doesn't!). Then students will try their hand at writing jokes themselves. The workshop will end with a Q&A, where students will have a chance to ask Jenny questions about the world of late night writing.
Jenny is performing at the Lincoln Lodge on Thursday, September 11th - you can buy tickets for that here or bundle the show and the workshop for a $10 dollar discount on the workshop! A win-win!
