Course Overview:
This comprehensive 10-day MEAL training is designed to equip development professionals, project managers, and M&E practitioners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, ensure accountability, and promote continuous learning.

Participants will explore essential MEAL components and learn to design and implement effective frameworks for data collection, analysis, and reporting. The course emphasizes integrating MEAL systems throughout the project cycle to improve performance, enhance transparency, and drive informed decision-making. Practical exercises, case studies, and hands-on sessions (including mobile-based data collection and software training) will ensure skill development for real-world application.

Module 7: Mobile Data Collection – Using ODK for field data gathering
Module 8: Data Management – Organizing and visualizing data (SPSS/Stata/R)
Module 9: Data Analysis & Interpretation – Statistical tools and qualitative insights
Module 10: Reporting Through MEAL – Writing reports, sharing lessons, and decision-making
