Join our Boxing Fundamentals class in Munich’s Olympiapark!

This session is perfect for complete beginners and anyone who wants to refine their technique. We’ll focus on the building blocks of boxing — stance, footwork, punches, and defense — in a clear, structured way.

You’ll get a solid workout while building confidence, coordination, and skill.

Cool Down: Relaxing stretches to ease your muscles and recover.

What to Bring:

Boxing Gloves: Optional — we have a few to borrow.
Hand Wraps: Optional but recommended for comfort and wrist support.
Training Clothes & Warm Layer: Comfortable workout clothes + an extra layer for after.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated!
