Monday 7PM Prostration Practice: Powerful Meditation Practice in Movement
Overview
Join us for a powerful and grounding weekly practice of Buddhist prostrations and meditation. This session is open to all — from first-timers to longtime practitioners.
🧘♂️ What to Expect:
- Introduction to prostration (bowing) techniques
- 108 bows or step-by-step guided bowing
- Short seated meditation & tea sharing
- Space to reflect and connect
💡 Prostration is a traditional full-body practice that helps release tension, clear the mind, and cultivate humility and gratitude through movement.
🗓 When: Every Monday, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Where: Jeweled Flower Temple (Bohwa Seonwon)

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes for movement. No experience needed.
