Join us for a powerful and grounding weekly practice of Buddhist prostrations and meditation. This session is open to all — from first-timers to longtime practitioners.

🧘‍♂️ What to Expect:

  • Introduction to prostration (bowing) techniques
  • 108 bows or step-by-step guided bowing
  • Short seated meditation & tea sharing
  • Space to reflect and connect

💡 Prostration is a traditional full-body practice that helps release tension, clear the mind, and cultivate humility and gratitude through movement.
🗓 When: Every Monday, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
