Monday 6:00 Beginner 6-Week Swim Lessons

BEGINNER: Typical age 3 years and up. Encourages independent water acclamation in a small group setting, while focusing on jumping, reaching and kicking skills through song and water play. Wash cloths, pool noodles, kick boards and water toys are utilized. NO puddler jumpers and/or anything that goes on their arms, as they restrict proper arm movement needed to swim well. SWIM DIAPERS MANDATORY if not potty trained.
