Join us for a special Mommy & Me Pilates class hosted by Soul Fitness Society — the perfect blend of movement, bonding, and fun!

After class, your little one will enjoy a Littles Dreamland play area, designed to spark imagination and play. We’ll also provide light snacks and sips for both moms and kids.

🌟 Designed for children ages 5 and under

🌟 One child per booking

🌟 Three session times available:

8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

10:30 AM – 1:00 PM

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

🌟 Mats and equipment provided – just bring anything your child may need throughout the event

Due to space and the play area set up, this event is catered to ages 5 and below.

Only one child is allowed per booking. You may book different time slots if you’d like to bring another child!
