Mommy and Me Yoga
Come join us for a fun and playful Mommy and Me Yoga session! This event is perfect for moms and their little ones to bond, stretch, and unwind together. Located at 871 Court St, our cozy studio provides a welcoming space for you and your child to connect through movement and mindfulness. No prior yoga experience is needed - just bring yourselves and a positive attitude! Anna will guide you through gentle poses and breathing exercises suitable for all levels. *Registration for classes ends 48 hours before the start date to give Yogis time to prepare for the number of students.
*If only 1 person registers for a class, you may be placed into a class with more attendance (mutually compatible with your schedule). Your Instructor will notify you if this is the case.
*If this is an online class, you will receive a zoom link invite after registration.
*Students must sign the waiver form before the start of class. This waiver form will be delivered to your email or given to you personally for an in person class.
