About this event

What happens at Momentum Lounge? We make it easy for early stage founders & freelancers to maintain focus and momentum as they work towards what matters most: product validation.

Product validation means: customers reliably pay for and recommend your product; you're financially and operationally ready to right-size or scale.

  1. Find Your Focus: Jump in wherever you are with your project; we'll help you quickly navigate towards the right problem to solve.
  2. Get Something Done: Use this protected time & space -- as well as the suite of helpful tools -- come back to the critical work that gets too easily backburnered in favor of daily demands.
  3. Maintain Momentum: Lean on our supportive community for (optional) social accountability, collaboration, and feedback in and outside the event.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

Mission-driven dreamers and builders: you might be an entrepreneur, solopreneur, freelancer, community organizer, or side-hustler. In all cases, you've taken on a great deal of responsibility and your attention is scattered. Momentum Lounge gives you 2x/mo to work on what matters *most.*

I'm already selling. Is this for me?

Anytime you're launching a new product or major feature, offering to a new audience, or your market is changing, you're in the process of product validation. These guided co-work sessions will help you sidestep spend and ensure the right features are reaching the right customers.

My organization is not-for-profit. Is this for me?

Most non-profits want more consistency & volume when it comes to revenue. In your case, one of your key "customer" groups is your donors / funding partners, and your "product" is whatever is required for them to reliably show up and donate.

Do I have to participate or can I just watch?

You're invited to ask questions and/or ask for support from the host and other participants, but there's no need to share anything with the group in order to benefit from the guided co-work.

Our events are designed to support purpose-driven *preneurs (entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, freelancers, and nfp / community organizers) in accomplishing more with their limited time, money, energy, and focus. Dream different and build better with new tools, new skills, and new community.

Monthly Recurring Events:

  • Momentum Lounge: Maintain momentum on your most meaningful work -- rather than your most urgent -- and break through resistance with creative problem solving tools.
  • Customer Development Co-Lab: Build richer relationships & deeper alignment with those you serve; gain invaluable sales & marketing tools that will help you repel vampire customers, attract dream customers, and stay relevant to your customers over time.
  • Wicked Wednesdays: Where bright minds & brave hearts come together to build capacity working on the world's wicked problems. Learn and practice new techniques in systems thinking and complexity management, and build new long-lasting relationships with our complexity-conscious community.
  • Monthly Reset (Silent Co-Work): a silent co-work session where we guide you through the often tragically neglected but critically important practices of reflection and planning.
