Mae moeseg yn rhan hanfodol o werthuso, yn enwedig ym maes gofal cymdeithasol. Bydd y sesiwn hon yn rhoi cyflwyniad i egwyddorion moesegol allweddol a sut i'w gweithredu yn eich ymarfer gwerthuso. Byddwn hefyd yn darparu gwybodaeth werthfawr ar geisio adolygiad moesegol allanol a byddwn yn darparu lle i chi drafod eich senarios moesegol eich hun gyda'n harbenigwr gwerthuso moesegol. Os ydych chi'n mynychu'r sesiwn, yna meddyliwch a oes mater moeseg penodol yr hoffech ei drafod cyn y sesiwn. Bydd amser yn ystod y sesiwn i drafod y rhain ac mae croeso i chi e-bostio manylion eich mater/cwestiwn er mwyn i ni allu paratoi.

Erbyn diwedd y sesiwn hon byddwch yn:

• deall yr egwyddorion moesegol allweddol sy'n berthnasol wrth gynnal gwerthusiadau.

• gwybod sut i gymhwyso'r egwyddorion moesegol hyn mewn gwerthusiadau.

• teimlo'n fwy hyderus i fynd i'r afael â materion moesegol wrth gynnal gwerthusiadau.

• byddwch yn ymwybodol o'r gwahanol ffynonellau cymorth ac arweiniad y gallwch eu cyrchu i helpu i fynd i'r afael â materion moesegol.

Ethics and Evaluation

There are 40 places available in this session. Places will be allocated on a first come, first allocated basis

Ethics are a vital part of evaluation, particularly in social care. This session will provide an introduction to key ethical principles and how to implement them in your evaluation practice. We will also provide valuable information on seeking external ethical review and will provide space for you to discuss your own ethical scenarios with our ethical evaluation expert. If you do attend the session, then please think if there is a particular ethics issue you want to discuss before the session. There will be time during the session to discuss these and you are welcome to email us the details of your issue/ question so we can prepare.

By the end of this session you will:

• understand key ethical principles relevant when undertaking evaluations.

• know how to apply these ethical principles in evaluations.

• feel more confident to address ethical issues when undertaking evaluations.

• be aware of the different sources of support and guidance you can access to help address ethical issues.
